I'm an amateur family genealogist researching my family and my husbands family. I have researched my ancestors through several US states, Canadian provinces and across the pond to Europe.
Most of my family were regular folks: immigrants, farmers, teachers, ministers, homemakers, military veterans, and such. That said, I do have a couple links to "history" - I am a descendant of Richard Warren of the Mayflower [through his daughter Anna], and of Deacon Samuel Chapin [through his son Henry].
I have been able to visit some of the places my ancestors lived and were buried. The photos I have I gladly share with others who are interested. The places I have not been, I rely on the kindness of others to share with me.
RE: John Thomas Marshall KLSHewett, Thanks for the info on John Thomas Marshall. His memorial has been updated with the information provided. I'm not related to the Marshall family so if your interested in his Memorial I can transfer to you, just let me know. I live in Henry Co., IN which borders Randolph and Wayne Counties to the east. We live about 30 miles from Dublin in Wayne Co.
Sarah Jane Gamble Thanks so much for taking the photo of Sarah Jane Gamble's gravestone in the Augusta Stone Presbyterian Church Cemetery. I also appreciate you letting me know her birth date as shown on the stone. Correction has been made.
