If you are related, I will transfer management of a memorial.I do not care if the info is updated or pictures added, but please do not delete it and make another. |
If you find any mistakes, please click the edit tab. I have difficulty with accuracy if there is no month/day of death and the wives' last names are different. I don't know if it's their maiden name or from a second/etc marriage. But I'm more than happy to make corrections.
Right now I am working on my father's side of the family tree. The Dolbeer branch. I have an edition of "The Dolbeer Family Record: Ohio Branch" (1971) compiled by Martin Luther Dolbeer Sr who is my Great Grand Uncle.
Other family surnames that I'm searching for are the following:
Our first Bottgenbach to come over came in the mid 1800's from Bonn, Germany. I believe he was the last of the ancestors to immigrate to America. At least on Dad's side of the family.
My Mother's side's surnames are:
Marshall (no relation to above...I hope)
I know even less about that side. My biological great grandfather passed before my mom was born and I know more about my step great grandfather's family (which is ok because we don't consider him a step) Mom never met anyone from Grandpa Charles family and no one is alive that remembers anything.

Marriage to Paul Richard Gable

Her name appeared in print 14 times in the Mansfield News- Mansfield, OH over a period of 2 months. She was a classically trained singer, and sang professionally before her marriage. And after marriage to Paul, she was in amateur productions in Harrisburg PA.
George Charles Schlehr

Sarah Josephine Perlette
1876 – 1962
Naomi Violet Schlehr
1905 – 1998
Walter Raymond Schlehr

Paul Richard Gable

After Paul died in 1959 she returned to Cleveland.
I have a great picture hanging on my wall of Myrtle and one of Paul's horses- he was a horseman- she was a tiny woman! I know I have other pics of them also- but have to get them sorted out.
