Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am married with 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Born in New Castle,Pa,lived on the Mt Jackson Road until I graduated from Mohawk Hi, I received as BS from Slippery Rock STC, and Masters Elem Ed from Elmira College, Elmira, NY. Was a teacher for 8 years, work in two different credit unions for 20 years in a management position, and then managed a leasing company in North Carolina for 10 years. Retired to Western North Carolina where I currently do my family genealogy, gardening, sewing, painting, and babysitting grandchildren. Families I am researching are: Harding, Haupt, and Reisinger all from Western Pa, New Castle, Mt Jackson, Wampum, Plumer, Polk, Franklin, and surrounding areas. I take pictures of cemeteries in the different areas that my family lived when on vacations and enter them when possible to help with Find-a-Grave lists. I have gotten listings done by historical societies and I'm trying to enter as many as possible, to help others with their research.
Hope I can help anyone with pictures or information.

Alma
So I just got off the phone with my mom and she informed me that Alma is buried in Titusville Cemetery and she died in the 70's. My mom thinks it might have been like 74ish. Hope this helps and instead of chatting on here you could always e-mail me directly.

RE: Icey Reisinger
well nice to meet you!
interesting information and that gives me a lot of information to go by when doing this family tree - it is hard because my dad was adopted when he was like 4, Darrell was his twin.
Now as far as Alma goes I am not sure where she is buried but I think I might be able to find out from my mom. I will let you know!

Thank you , Charlotte, for linking John Deiger-Shiderly to his son's, Lee Shiderly's, memorial. It means a lot to the family.

May Sliter Reisinger
Hi, My name is Pat Miller of Powell WY. May Reisinger was my grandpa Fred Sliter's sister. I'be been searching for their parents, Andrew and Sarah or Jennie Gilson Sliter. I have some info, but not actually verified. I believe his parents were James and Rhoda. Anyway, I will gladly share any info we have with each other.
Thanks, Pat Miller
