"A Walk Through Time" is an event held each year on the 2nd Sunday in Oct with the proceeds going to the preservation of Forrest Cemetery in Gadsden, AL. We are already working on the 2015 event. We will have some returning favorites as well as new characters. The portrayers will be dressed in period dress and will tell the life stories of some of Gadsden's famous and not so famous citizens. The event is free but donations are encouraged and we are a 501 (c)(3) organization so donations are tax deductible. It's the most fun you'll ever have in a cemetery! Hope to see you there. |

I am not related; I would accept the documents. Perhaps I could add some of the new info to their memorial pages.
As always, I appreciate the links you have made on the memorials. Just getting all the puzzle pieces together! Kind regards, Nancy

Sorry it's been so long for me to respond, but the answer to your question is yes Mary Dooly Ruark is my great great grand mother, coming from her son James Weyman Ruark.
