I have been actively researching my family lines since 2004 and have found so much interesting information. I have found cousins I never knew I had and met many wonderful & helpful people on this site as well as on Ancestry.com. |
I wasn't much of a graveyard visitor until I lost my husband, who was only 36, due to leukemia and a few short years later lost my infant grandson due to Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (born with only 3 chambers to his heart instead of 4). Now, I have lost my very best friend, my mother, to a rare blood disorder that brought about Leukemia and lung cancer. Experiences in life certainly have a way of changing your perspective about things.
If you have the time, please stop by and visit the memorials of these 3 very special people in my life.

I must say, I truly admire those volunteers who have adopted and transcribed entire cemeteries & photographers who go the extra mile to fulfill requests.
Transfer requests are welcome for all who are not in my family line.
You may use any family photo that I have taken with credit posted along with the photo so family researchers will have an avenue to connect with each other.

Don't know if I did this message stuff right or if
you got the message so may be repeating myself.
Janie F. Boyd and Francis/Frances Boyd are the same. Lots of Boyd relatives in this state as
well as in a few others. There is also a Boyd, TX,tho you may already not that.
I have many Smith ancestors in Tarrant County, TX. Just haven't researched them yet!
If you ever run across an Edward Charles Smith from TX or MO., please keep me in mind!

I'm interested in transfer of my brother memorial. I will email you directly.

Her husband that killed her was my grandmothers brother. I had to find the newspaper article to know what happened. It was never spoken of.

|sbarlowholmes||Thank you so very much|
Thank you so much for posting my grandparents, my Daddy and my little brother's tombstone photos. I live in Arkansas so don't get to visit the cemetery and it is so good to visit them here on Find-a-Grave.

My 3 times great grandfather was William Barrow Tucker. His family migrated from NC to Atoka, TN. His son was Calvin; his son was William; his daughter Betty was my grandmother. As far as I know there was no one named Roy Blair in my tree. The Blair family settled in central Texas and my branch went south to San Antonio which is where I reside now.

Thank you for your response. Yes, please transfer them to me (471922296). I had many Blair relatives in Texas, though I didn't know any of them. My father was an only child so all relatives were distant. My Tucker relatives were in Tennessee. Again, I didn't know any of them except my Grandmother and her sisters who moved to Texas in the 1920's. My Great Aunt Anne was one of the sisters.

Diane, Thank you for your Find A Grave addition of my Great Aunt Anne and her husband. I have been trying to locate them for quite a while with no success. None of my family who still live could help me.

Thank you for letting me know of my duplicate memorial. I have contacted the original owner and have asked her to copy my information, and that I will then delete mine upon her notice.
