Thanks very much for the photo of Leonard's headstone, I really appreciate your effort.
|Gabb||RE: Thank you (George Wayne Thompson)|
You are very welcome for the photo. I went ahead and added the photo to his wife's (Monna) Memorial.
Also, I noticed a funeral home marker for another George W. Thompson (1924-1996). It is in the same section of the cemetery, but many rows from your George Wayne Thompson. I have no idea if they are related. Might be just someone with the same name and not any kin. I thought I would let you know about it.
Have a good weekend!

|WebWeaver||Hello from Tennessee|
I'm going to send you an e-mail using your email@example.com address. Sonya (your cousin) says hello and appreciates all the work you've done adding your grandparents to this site. It's great being able to make a family tree for the kids to have.

I never looked in the cemetery book since Patti had the plots... but found a reference online where someone who looked them up for her said she was listed as Alice Mahala. .... so I added the photo. Pattie added the Alice as a knickname.
Hope you had a great day... my was terrible except for the fun at the cemetery.

Thanks for the photos! I am sorry that you and Kari both made the trip, but I appreciate your thoughts and ideas about the gravesites.
Mahala has gone under a few names so I will research the ALICE. I have one record that calls her Alice Mahala, but the Year of Birth doesn't jive.
More to research!

So George, did you find that one?
and I beleive that Minerva was that unmarked little grave.
What do you think?

OH George! We must have been there the same time.
Neither of us claimed the memorials...I guess next time we better... WEll ...hope you were in NL on an errand anyway, I was on my way to Mauston, via xpressway.
Thanks George! You are so quick to respond, I sure like that.
George, they are so very faintly related, it isn't necessary, but if it would be easier for you, by all means. I can flesh them out and make the links.

I would like to use some of your headstone photos on Ancestry.com for my family tree... Balgord is the one I am looking at right now.
