I am trying to downsize the number of memorials I manage, so ask for a transfer.

NOTE; Pleaze use the Edit function on the memorial to ask questions, which identifies the person in question. I have tens of thousands of names in my records and your courtesy is much appreciated.

Eliza Almira (Ferris) Wilder Harris
Thanks again Jim for posting the photo of Eliza Almira (Ferris) Wilder Harris at

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=50936745

I was able to match up another photo - which I also uploaded so you could see.

(I did the same with Silas Ferris as well)

Silas Ferris
I feel like saying 'duh'.

I have that photo in my Ferris/Stearns collection. I thought it looked familiar! Many of my photos have no names on them - and that was one of them.

Thanks for posting that - I never would have made the connection.

Hello Jim,

Back in 2014 you posted a black-and-white photo/photocopy of Silas Ferris on find-a-grave

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=18016882

Do you remember where you got it? I thought it might have information with it. I think I've seen the copy before but I cannot remember where.

Any help appreciated.
Thank you,
Crystal Boggs

You sent me a note that this was a duplicate memorial. I can't find the one you made, can you send me a link to your Hannah Marr Robins' page?

Ferris Family Tree
Hi, My paternal grandmother was a Ferris and I'm doing research to learn more about her father, Joseph LeRoy Ferris (1819-1910) and his many children and Wife, Mary Ellen (Garvin) Ferris.

It's not clear yet who their parents were. I don't know that they were related to you or your family. I just wanted to say Hi and to tell you how much I enjoyed reading your Ferris family.

re: Semple
I just thought it was a bit unique that she is listed with 2 husbands with the same name and near birth and death dates. So Our Beverly National interment is NOT her husband. She is buried with the other same name individual.

re: Leora Semple's profile
I am doing the Beverly National Cemetery Project in NJ and in posting a stone, (You may have the family history), but I am wondering in the profile of Leora Semple # 133259619 in the Soule Cemetery NY, and buried with her husband and son in THAT cemetery , is not doubled into another William John Semple who is buried in Beverly National Cemetery in NJ. He is buried with his wife Florence and son. She is listed with these 2 husbands and the child. Thanks.
