Keep hearing a voice that says,

"Grieve Not For Me"

Remember the best times, the laughter the songs,
The good life I lived where I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I'm counting on you
Keep smiling and surely the sun will
shine through

My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest,
Remembering all now, I was truly blessed.

Continue traditions, no matter how small
Go on with your life, don't stare at the wall.

I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin
Until the day comes, when we're together again.

Lisa Colagrossi
Hi Barb,

I hope this note finds you and your family doing well.

It was so sad to hear of Lisa's passing. I am honored to have sponsored her memorial. We loved seeing her on Channel 7 News and often wished she was the anchor.

May she rest in peace and may her family find the strength to endure their terrible loss.

God bless you, Clair

Calvary Cemetery in Queens, New York (Woodside).
I called the office and they said it was in the new part and gave me the section. I requested a photo but as you mentioned before there may not be any volunteers in the area.

RE: Martha Twohig Grave
Barb,

Just wanted to let you know that I did drop your friend Jimmy a note of thanks (and mentioned your name so he'd have some idea what I was talking about). Anyway, it was very thoughtful of both of you. Hope you're having a great week!

Thank you for the information. After 8 months I found the cemetery they are in. I'm from Virginia and cannot make a trip there. Also,I located my grandfather who died in Harrison & was buried in Calvary. He died before I was born. It helps to
have the grave markers as a Memorial to them.

RE: Martha Twohig Grave
Thanks - I actually have sent a message requesting the pictures get added to the others but haven't heard back yet. On that other list of Twohigs that you sent me, I'm just curious what was searched. It said RED = added to Find a Grave, but there weren't any colors and they're not all in Find-a-Grave. Some of those Twohigs are in my direct line and I've added them here but so far I'm holding off contacting Calvary for a bit to ask about them for plot location as Calvary charges $90 to research the first person and $5 to get the info for each additional name in the plot. I've had even more fun trying to get info from Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in New Rochelle since they had so many records destroyed by fire in the 1970s and tell me they don't have people whose graves (with headstones) I went to many times each year while I was growing. Stay warm - I hear you folks have more snow falling today. M-L

RE: Re: Riddells
Oh, thank you for posting the photo of what is possibly the unmarked graves for Joseph and Annie Riddell. Would it be possible for you to go to their memorial pages and make a note that the cross with nothing written on it and the space next to it are possibly their gravesides? Can't thank you enough for all that you do for those of us unable to go to Saint Raymonds. We are in the center of the U.S. so to see a visual is very helpful. I will try to pass the favor forward.

Martha Twohig Grave
Barb - Thanks so much for surprising me and taking a picture of Martha Twohig's grave! Once I found out that her husband John along with his parents had been moved to the same grave as her youngest son John I thought it sad that Martha was never moved there too. I can only guess that since it was over 20 years later (and her sons were 2 and not quite 4 when she passed away), more than likely no one remembered the correct day/year or plot info for her. Anyway, how nice of you to take your time to find the grave and take a picture adding some flowers as a marking for me to see the actual grave location. You are awesome!
Thanks again and I hope they're wrong and you guys aren't getting more snow... M-L
