I am in Lake County, Northeast Ohio. The Find A Grave system is wonderful for me to remember and add to the memorials of my family. |
Plus, I enjoy being a Photo Volunteer and work hard to get the photographs people request. It usually takes more research than just walking onto the cemetery, finding the grave and taking the picture. Through my research, many families have found ancestors they did not know existed or had been unable to locate. Their joy is my reward. Thank-you's are always appreciated, too.

Thank you so very much for responding so quickly to my request for photos of my great great grandparents graves. I was able to share them with my father, now 97 years old, on Veteran's Day. What a terrific gift for him (my dad is Bill Lansing, a WW II Veteran, and is the great grandson of Derrick and Cornelia.
Your kindness is much appreciated.

I called the Secretary. He is buried under the name Bruno Novak but his last name was actually Ignaczak. He and his brother took the last name Novak which was the last name of their sister in law. The Secretary is who told me which plot.
