Thanks for the photos of Joseph and Almedia Copper.
Michael, Thank you for the photo of Earl and Victoria Busby West at Mt Zion Cemetery. Chuck

The Elmhurst Park Cemetery page on Find-A-Grave says there 2,422 burials in this cemetery. My grandparents and aunt are not included. Do you take gravestone photo requests? I can't give you the plot, but I can give you the location of their graves. As you enter the cemetery, they are way over at the left (east) edge of the cemetery, 3 tall evergreen trees mark grave sites of
Ira A. Miller, 1879-1948
Ethel R. Miller 1881-1964
Martha Byers, dates unknown, but Ira is buried between Ethel (his wife) and Martha (his sister)
The last time I was there, the cemetery was in deplorable condition, with shrubs, weeds including poison ivy, growing over and nearly hiding these grave markers.
How can I get them added (with photos) to the list of interments there?
I live more than 60 miles away and am 75 years old, so I can't go there myself any more.
Thank you very much for any response.

Michael, You are more than welcome to repost the comments I made regarding Andy. With regards to you and your family.
|Richard Sheely||RE: Andrew Champion|
Andy was my next door neighbor for a short time when he still lived on County Road 36 in Summerdale. He and his wife allowed me to keep my daughters horse in a small pasture of his, between our houses. I was still on active duty in the Navy Submarine Force, and had purchased the 20 acres next door to Andy. I was home on a very short leave, and did not have time to build a fence on my own property. I had to leave and go back to Norfolk to make another 3 month Submarine patrol. I allowed Andy to hunt deer on the property I had purchased. My wife and I later built a home on the property, just after Andy's wife passed away. They were both wonderful people, I remember Andy as a very quiet, respectful, and generous man. Andy moved away after Corinne passed, and I may have run into him 2 or 3 times in the passing years. It was a complete surprise when I found the Find-a-grave request for a photo of his headstone. I was saddened to learn of his passing, but determined to locate his grave for his loved ones, who I can only assume are many, and lovingly missing him. My condolences to you and your family, but my pleasure to have been able to provide this service to a great man and friend.

Thank you for looking. Another contributor went to the office and found out that Jacob was in a whole different block and she took a picture and there is a discrepancy with the death date. The stone shows he died in 1897.

Thank you for trying to find Richard's headstone. The information I have regarding his burial site location came from a Marathon County Genealogical Society publication. I will have to do some further research. ~ Mary

Hazel is listed as "Hazel Baxter Eggers" in the find-a-grave directory
Good luck with your research
