I belong to the Lower Wisconsin River Genealogical and Historical Research Center out of Wauzeka, WI,|
(LWR for short, see website link below).
I have always been a graver and I have walked countless cemeteries and have studied the subject for decades. My cemetery interests started when I was maybe 8 years old if not before. I am now in my 60s and live in southwest Wisconsin.
My files are constantly growing and the work continues. I am also big into local history where I live. I will do additions, corrections, link ups and transfers upon request, but PLEASE provide memorial numbers for such services.
The only truly dead are those who have been forgotten.
Thus quoth the Raven " Nevermore!"

Hi - I notice that you have two James Rileys at the Union Hill cemetery. I believe that they are father and son, and the white one, # 72063339
is actually James Riley born 1814. I only have a note that he died about 1887 and was married to Elizabeth Toney. I can't really read the headstone but it looks like the death date ends in a "7". This is just FYI, not sure what can be done about it. Thanks, Dee

Thank you so much for transferring my g-g-grandmothers memorial to me.
|Dianna Flynn||Sarah Ellen Elliott #76697780|
Hi, Sarah is my g-g-grandmother would you please consider turning her memorial over to me.
Her daughter was my great-grandmother: Melvina Rebecca (Elliott) Townsley, her daughter: Ida Mae (Townsley) Smith was my grandmother.
Thank you for your time in the family matter.
|Alice Morton||Good Morning|
I am so sorry you searched for Joseph Hickman when it clearly states there is no marker I do believe I saw that but I was given misinformation about a stone for him. There may have been one at some point in time. My sincere apologies. Thank you for looking.
|Matthew & Chrissy||Alexander Turk|
Thank you for the transfer of Alexander Turk. Its exciting working on the family tree and finding new family memebers on here.
|Debbie||RE: Andrew Barlow correction|
Thanks. I was wondering if it could be noted in the Bio section instead...
Have a good day!
RE: Andrew Barlow correction
his birth place and date has already been posted. Clayton is a township name, not a town and Find A Grave doesn't offer township names to post.

Hi again. Can you do me a favor and change the newspaper article from a "grave" photo to an "other" designation? Thank you!

|D's Mom||Kip Wangen|
I updated Kip Wangen's memorial. Thank you for the info. Can you find anything for Christopher Duvall, Kip's nephew, who also died as the result of injuries in the same accident? Christopher was only a few months old.
