I've been unable to devote as much time as desired to this project. I'll respond to your wants and desires as soon as I am able. Please use the electronic editing option as much as possible.|
I take many more headstone pictures than are requested. I try to keep up with my posting and attaching of photos. But I confess, I'm behind.
I do my best not to create duplicates. If you find that I have, let me know (no need to be cranky). Please don't create a duplicate of my memorial. Thank you.
Anyone is welcome to copy my photos.
I also purchase family portraits from antique stores. I am looking for people interested in the photos of these individuals:

You posted the headstone pictures for Rees and Mary Morgan (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=111258060 & http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=111258059&ref=acom )
It looks like it has 4 sides to it. I was wondering if there was anything on the other two sides?

|AC Jones||RE: Jennie Herndon #75745208|
Thanks for looking again. I am having trouble with the date of birth because it would mean her mother had her at 59. While not impossible, it seems very unlikely for that time period. The 1920 death would mean she died the same year as her mother, which is entirely possible. My problem with that date is that the inscription for Jennie is in different script and so appears to have been added later. Also the number after the "2" does not seem to have straight sides. Are you close to the cemetery that you could look at it in person?

Hi, thanks for taking and posting the photo for Jennie Herndon. I would not have known about the 2d family of William Herndon without it. I was wondering if you might have another photo of the same headstone that shows Jennie's dates better. Because they are at the very bottom of the headstone and the angle of the photo is down, the dates are unclear. Her parents were married in 1864 so I'm guessing her date of birth as 1866, but it is a guess.
