thank you for the information
|Sheryl ||Elizabeth Sayre|
Her burial was listed in the Cedar Twp. Cemetery book published by the Pocahontas County Historical Society (I think). Anyway, I know I got her burial out of that book.
I don't know if I can find my copy of this book, but if I can I will send you the page on which she is listed.

|Dennis Rose||Wells and Acsa Cunningham|
Hi Karen, Thanks for the additional information. I knew two of the children, Florence and Nora, Florence married Great Uncle Frank McPhilimy,and I knew their kids, Lorraine and Flossy, (didn't know Robert that well). If you would like to send me your email i will send the link and access code to my tribal pages family tree, I know i have at least one picture of Frank McPhilimy on there.
I have a picture of Wells and Acsa's headstone in my files and sought permission to use it on Find a Grave but have not heard back yet from them. I can send that also to you if you want it.
Thank you again for the info, it is always appreciated. Denny
I'm not sure of the date of the photo. It is sometime in the 1950s. The other people in the photo are Nicholas Gjuka and Janette (Wood) Gjuka. Janette was Earl's sister. Janette and Nickolas are my great grandparents.
Thanks for the correction on her name. I will update my records. The name of her mother is also helpful,as I only had "Minnie".
You can see her on my Ancestry.com tree along with her obituary here

this history book is online in ancstry.com and has some info on the Arant family. You might be interested in looking at it.
it was written by Rachel Applegate in 1941..

the same photo is in Ancestry.com and it says that it is Wm F and Emma Arant plus 4 grown sons. There is also a portait of the family taken when the boys were children.

I have read your updates to my great grandmother's findagrave page. Very nicely done. I assume we are related? I am currently researching William and Bridget Forbes Early for a project. My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org.
|Ruth Thomas||Mary Miller|
I would like to converse with you regarding Mary Miller - she is my maternal great-great aunt as well. Her mother, Caroline Stoll is my great-great grandmother. I would be most interested in exchanging genealogy information with you. I was actually up in Chicago this weekend and visited the grave site. My mother and Mary's daughter, Alice, were very close.
|Paul Davis||Frank Eisenhutt|
Karen, it's nice to see a person like Frank has a memorial as he sounds like a possibly lonely man. His death should be listed as 25 Nov, not Oct, based on the obituary you quoted... (the paper came out on Monday, 26 Nov, and the funeral was to be held on Wednesday, which would have been 28 Nov...)
His family is recorded among the German pioneer families of Lake County, Indiana.
Thanks, Paul Davis (columnist for the Northwest Indiana Gen. Socy.)
|Ruth Thomas||Mary Stoll Miller|
Mary Stoll Miller is the daughter of Adam and Caroline Holbrook Stoll, who are my great-great grandparents. I knew Mary's daughter, Alice, very well and corresponded with her until her death. My cousin and I have been working on the Stoll family so I am thrilled to find a "live" relative. I would be most interested in knowing any information that you may have about the family; espectially pictures, news articles, obits, etc.
