Born March 9, 1950 to Richard and Berna Elwood.
Grew up in Montana. Enlisted in the U.S. Navy May, 1968. Served aboard USS Brule in Republic of Vietnam and USS Tatnuck in Seattle. Honorably discharged in June, 1971.
Attended Carroll College in Helena and graduated as Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Retired in 1986.
Lived in Helena, Wicks, Clancy and Dillon. Relocated to Tucson, AZ in 2004.
