I am helping my mother with her genealogy research by locating our ancestors' graves. Then, I got involved with several friends, helping them create their trees and memorials. You can see the names we are following in my virtual cemeteries.

Along the way, I have found others' ancestors and created their pages. Now I am hot on the trail to document our ancestry to Col. Daniel Boone. And, to find the "Women of the American Revolution." If I have entered any information that is incorrect, please contact me for a correction. I want to keep the information as accurate as possible.

I'm happy to transfer management to family members, just ask! Please use the "Edit" tab and "Suggest a Correction" when doing so and remember to give your member# along with your relationship or reason for the transfer.

I believe that memorials should belong to family members whenever possible, as family have a personal interest in honoring their relatives and are better able to complete, maintain and improve memorials with additional details and research. I am more than willing to have family members "adopt" them.

Please feel free to use any photos I have posted in your research work. Photo courtesy of Find-a-grave member #47361005

Susannah Darr Verble
The cemetery listed on her page is the wrong Verble Cemetery. She is buried in an overgrown cemetery, also named Verble, that is between Monterey and Livingston. All of the photos and names are available on the Overton County genweb page. The person who took the photos is also credited there.
This cemetery took years to find, please correct your info by creating a new cemetery page.
Thank you,

RE: More tomers
Lizzie is in Section T, with Margaret.

Frank is in Section E, in a plot with James and Mary Mingle. I have a picture of Mary's marker. It says Mary Elizabeth Mingle, no initial C. It also has birthdate of January 6, 1835. Due to these discrepancies, wanted to make sure that I have the right marker before posting. Please advise - if you think it's the right one, I'll post.

Rebecca Tomer's year of birth, on the marker, seems to be 1812.

Also . . . look under Easton Cemetery's famous burials, specifically under Belle Archer.

Adolph Fehleison
Greetings,

I visited Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs and photographed the grave marker for Adolph. I have added the picture to his memorial.

You are very welcome, it was our pleasure. I think you also requested Benjamin Ragland? I just finished adding his family. Best wishes, Connie and Wayne

RE: Sarah Merryman
I got to thinking...I noticed on the memorial that it said "(St. Paul's)" in connection with Sarah's death. So I did a search and found a memorial for her at St. Paul's Cemetery in Baltimore (see http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=19985962). This is a much older cemetery and more likely to be the right one than Loudon. There are no other Loudon (or Louden) cemeteries in Maryland aside from Loudon Park National Cemetery, which is a military cemetery that covers the Civil War and following. I'm curious as to what the reference to Loudon Park Cemetery means, but I'm pretty sure St. Paul's is correct.

Nonetheless, there are a couple of Merryman plots at Loudon Park that I will check, just in case she was moved there after Loudon Park opened.

Memorial edits
Tim Hess is not the most cooperative or speediest about edits or anything else. If you could ever get him to transfer the memorial to you, it would be great. He is well known for making mistakes - he often posts a dates that are different from headstone photos.
