Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a DAR member and have done extensive research on the Cedar KS, Smith County Cemetery.

In May 2008, my husband and I walked the cemetery and took photos of all of the grave stones.

I am in the process of getting all of the information posted to Find a Grave.

I am N. Holmes greatgrandaughter and I would like to know if his Civil war marker is beside his grave? I think I see it. It was there in 1974
Thanks Jean Shade

RE: Tolbert Higgins. 33326478
No need to transfer. I am not knowingly related. I have a Higgins surname site on rootsweb and have already done bios for most of the Higgins soldiers on it. So if If find a memorial that needs info I send it along. At this time I have about 30 messages to people with updates that have not been replied to or acted on. Very frustrating. Keep up the good work!

RE: Stanhope, John grave stone
You're welcome, ma'am; it's our privilege to walk there, but you should put in another request in a couple months as Mr. Stanhope's dates are not permanently engraved into their marker yet. Hope your weekend is fine.
