Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family tree since 1997. The main surnames that I am related to are: Wolbert, Wolberd, Schippers, Lohman, Butz, Damme, Hays, Roethemeyer, Fox, and Carr.

I will never request ownership of a memorial from someone unless I am related to the person in the memorial. I do have a few memorials though that I have built from abandoned pioneer cemeteries in Otoe County. If you are related to any one of the people that are buried in these cemeteries, PLEASE contact me and I will gladly give you ownership of the memorial.

I am not concerned as to whether or not these people are your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, etc. That is a "guideline" that Find-A-Grave came up with to help guide people, it's not a law. I'd rather have a relative maintain the memorial, as that's what Find-A-Grave is all about; helping people connect with their deceased relatives, and helping them recognize their relatives' accomplishments. It's not about "owning" memorials.

Find-A-Grave is an excellent tool for genealogical researchers, so please link people to their family members whenever possible. Thank to all who contribute to this site!

RE: Samuel and Abigal Collins Fox
Darn it, thought maybe you would be related. I would love to have the page if you are willing to transfer. Family word of mouth said that Abigal Collins was a Cherokee Indian.

RE: Ruben Hill
You are most welcome. His grave is next to his sister, Mary Alice Hill Howell. Their markers appear to be quite new. Regards!

Thanks for the
correction on Daniel Beatty, do you have anything else to add, I do not have a clear picture of what he did in his working life in Kansas,I think he was a teacher?

Linked as requested. I am not related. If you are and would like to manage this, I will be happy to transfer as I subscribe to your approach to relationship of these memorials. Paul

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one entombed there or no of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

RE: Tressa Courtney
You are most welcome! I was going to mention, if you'd rather have a photo with green grass rather than brown, I can take a new photo in the Spring. Just let me know.
