Bio

I have been interested in genealogy since I was a child because my dad worked on it, continuing the work of his grandfather and other relatives who collected family information back in the mid-1800s. When he and my mother married he was shocked to learn her family was not completely sure of the maiden names of her grandparents so he immediately went to work on that side of the family. All of this information I have now
"inherited" and am willing to share any information I have. I feel it is especially importantto document and share information about cemeteries because in many cases a tombstone is the only tangible item we can connect to an ancestor and time is taking a toll on all of them.
