RE: John Francewar
Yes, I knew that you had recorded that cemetery - that is why I contacted you.
That cemetery needs added to Find A Grave, so that the veterans buried there can be added there (and veterans organizations will quit mistakenly adding them to the Ponchatoula City Cemetery and requesting photos there).
Spec.4 Herbert Dwayne Alexander's obituary calls that cemetery "Ponchatoula East Side Cemetery."
None of Sgt. Francewar's newspaper-death-notices mention a cemetery name.
This is rather like trying to convince people that an obituary which states "burial in Amite cemetery" can mean that the person is buried in Mulberry Street Cemetery. But at least Mulberry Street has an official name.

PONCHATOULA (BLACK) (BAPTIST) CEMETERY, TANGIPAHOA PARISH, LA
Mr. Carver,
http://files.usgwarchives.net/la/tangipahoa/cemeteries/poncblkb.txt
Is this cemetery listed on Find A Grave? If so, under what name?
I have recently noted that veterans
Herbert Dwayne Alexander, Sp4 USArmy
and John E. Francewar, Louisiana, SFC Co C 505 Inf
have been listed in the Ponchatoula City Cemetery on the west side of Ponchatoula. This confuses people requesting photos.
Thanks,
P.P.

New Beulah Cemetery - Baptist, Louisiana
I've taken on a special project in lieu of photographing cemeteries for the Find A Grave Community Day, Saturday, Oct 17th. I've picked a cemetery to flower all the memorials...that cemetery is New Beulah.

RE: Weatherly
As I stated when I sent the photo request, I am hoping to get a photo of the entire headstone from the front.

Photo of marker for Marshall and Lillian Morgan
Hello,

I see that you added a photo for Marshall Morgan to his memorial-based on that photo, I created a memorial for Lillian Lea Morgan (Find A Grave# 146001649). I would like to know if it is possible for you to add the photo to her memorial. They are now linked on Find A Grave. I think the photos of the markers personalize the information and so I appreciate your efforts to go an walk the cemetery to take the picture.

Thank you
