Ambrose Agaisse
No, I am sorry. I am not related to Mr. Agaisse. I went through the cemetery and shot photos of the headstones. The cem didn't have many people listed in Find A Grave and by the time I was done it had many, many more. I took pictures of headstones of lots of people I didn't know. I'm sorry I couldn't help!

John K. Lamerick, Find A Grave Memorial# 10727361
David,
Do you have any information on this John K. Lamerick? The photo of his tombstone has no dates. I am trying to determine if there was another man with the same name or if this is one man with conflicting dates of death. There is a J. K. Lamerick in Shreveport in the 1870 census. Then I found a newspaper article in 1890 that said John K Lamerick had died during the war. You have his date of death as 1866. If you can shed any light on this man, please contact me at annette.bowen at gmail.com

Thank you.

Robert Braselton
James Monroe Dixon
Do you have any information on a confederate soldier by the name of James Monroe Dixon? He was born September 1827 in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, and died as a prisoner in a Union military hospital in May of 1863 in Franklin Parish, Louisiana. His family had a plantation in Wilson/Clinton, E.F. parish Louisiana called the Carruth Plantation. I have been trying to locate where he might be buried.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am related by way of his wife, Emily Elizabeth Dalrymple. She later married a William Allen Tharp of Natchitoches, Louisiana, where he is buried.

Michelle
11th Texas Infantry
Please add my gg grandfather, William Henry Tamplin who fought in Company E of the 11th Texas Infantry from early 1862 to 1865 when the war was over. He is #120922746

Please also add his brother, Benjamin F Tamplin who died of fever at Camp Clough in July of 1862. He is #125850653.

Both men were in the 11th Texas Infantry under Col. Roberts.

Thank you for getting these men together one more time and creating the virtual cemetery.
