|Philip Warren Rupp||transfer one gravesite|
Dear Dianna, My name is Philip W. Rupp. America Belle (Nee Stephenson) Middleton (Find A Grave #109830608) is my Paternal Great-Great-Aunt. I have some information concerning my Great-Great-Aunt that I would like to add. Also, am linking her to her parents and siblings. It would mean so very much maintain her gravesite; as have been searching for her. Thank You for listening to me. Very Sincerely, P.W. Rupp
PS Just two days ago, I visited her father's and sister's gravesite buried near by.
|Clarence J. DILLION||GENEVA HORTON EDIT|
Dianna-your edit helped me in that I discovered her father, William Jefferson, had a brother Harmon that moved to Idaho and is buried there. I am a product of those DILLION family members that left Scott co, Va and lived and died in Weiser, Idaho and the surrounding area and this project is a passion of mine.
With the addition of Harmon F*A*G 18882282, I now have 134 names on my list. These are just first and second generation. I created a binder for the Scott County Historical Society and gave it to LINDA HALL/Kenny Stallard and am making a duplicate for our upcoming ROLLER reunion at Fairview Community Center on September 26, 2015.
If interested, the largest number are buried in Hillcrest, Washington county, Idaho.
Thanks, Joe, grandson of Ibbie Roller Dillion

|Melissa Shoop||Dickenson cemetery|
I have some info on the cemetery( dickenson) my husband ( Jeff shoop) says there is a cemetery off of maples gap, road, it's overgrown with trees, but it would be behind the church ( up the mountain)
Jeff's dad is Jonah Shoop, son of Kier( Henry Hezekiah Madison Monroe Shoop( Shupe) ) - son of James & Martha Shoop / Shupe
Hope this helps.. Took me a while to figure out "behind" usually meant up on a mountain 😊

OK. I am sold on the new DNA test. I took the old Y-DNA test that ancestry.com offered. I am assuming you are talking about the new test that is for males and females to take instead of the separate Y-DNA and mtDNA tests previously offered?
I have also taken Y-DNA test with Family Tree DNA. I spent alot of money on that test to have the most DNA markers tested that was offered. I think that they messed up that test since not all the markers matched the one I took with ancestry.com. I have also not had ANY matches from there more that having 12 markers in common. Those matches are so far back in generations that I don't really consider them a match of any significance whatsoever.
I will dig into getting another test from ancestry.com this weekend if that is what you recommend.
