Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for many many years and really like I used to do just my own family but now do cemeteries where ever we go. If someone sees anything that is wrong or if you have anything to offer please contact me as I would be glad to help.

Use the edit function for transfers. Include your contributor number so I get the right person.
Find-A-Grave guidelines for transfer requests are for direct relatives (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents). If you are requesting a transfer, please be specific about your relationship. I generally will not transfer aunts, uncles or cousins. I am not willing to transfer my family members, but I will be happy to add information to their memorials.

I have no objection to transferring memorials of your close relatives. Please be sure to tell me the relationship. I will no longer transfer memorials to someone asking for all memorials of a surname to be transferred to them. There are lots of new members requesting transfers who are managing many more memorials than they have posted. Please keep in mind that this web site won't work if you aren't willing to go out and gather information that might help someone else!

Please remove this person from the Potlatch Cemetery. I called the City hall this morning and they have no record of it. Unless you have additional information or personal knowledge of this burial I believe you are way off. She is my cousin and there plans at a later date to bury her elsewhere.

Thanks very much Penny, and if any questions ever arise, I am more than happy to send copies of stuff or answer questions about Viola and/or her age.

Hi Penny,
Thanks for making the edits for Viola, but I notice that you declined the birth date correction. Viola was my husband's great aunt, and I have both her birth record, legal papers indicating her actual birth date and her obituary all which indicate her birth year was 1862. Her parents were married in 1861 and her mother would have only been 13 if Viola had been born in 1858. Will you please consider entering the correct date for me.

RE: David Barker
His obit was in the Rock Springs paper. I was looking for somebody else, but they did, and still do, a weekly dead people roundup in the paper, so I just transcribe everything for that day.

He was working here at Reliance when he died at the local hospital. Winifred, I don't know. The paper had her name wrong though, it should be Boothman if you want to update that. I found their marriage here:
And I see you've got both Boothman's and Farris' buried in the cemetery in Libby, so I wouldn't be too surprised if she's there, maybe married again after he died and under another name. I expect they had him disinterred from Casper and moved up there.

RE: Maude Holmes
Thank you for the heads-up. Perhaps you can direct me to find where to find specific instructions on how and what to submit links to my family. Maude (Ihrig) Clark Holmes was my grandmother. Thank you.
