Bio and Links
Bio Photo I took over after my Aunt Geraldine Martinez passed. This is all new to me but I have become addicted in finding where my family members rest. No one should be forgotten.

I was born in Alexandria, Virginia and now resides in Florida.

I am researching, on my fathers side of the family, Rhodes, Walters, Wright & Brockman in Virginia. On my mothers side, Lytle, Channing, Hayden & Moore in Pennsylvania. And for my Grandchildren, Greene, Caudill. Hutchinson & Vallance's in Kentucky.

I have noticed that I am not the only one impatient with the tokens coming up and I end up with two. I found that if you click on the flowers it will take you to a link to delete the extra one. =)

I have also found a link to calculate birth dates, so when you only have a date of death & the headstone gives you their years it will give you the date of birth.

I have met the most wonderful people with Find-a-Grave. What a great family we have here. Thank you all for doing what you do.

Everyone has been so generous with their photos that I would like to reciprocate. You may use my photos in you family trees. All I ask is for a thank you and recognition from whom you got them.

Happy Hunting =)

Strangers in the Box

By Pamela A. Harazim

Come, look with me inside this drawer,
In this box I've often seen,
At the pictures, black and white,
Faces proud, still, serene.
I wish I knew the people,
These strangers in the box,
Their names and all their memories
Are lost among my socks.
I wonder what their lives were like.
How did they spend their days?
What about their special times?
I'll never know their ways.
If only someone had taken time
To tell who, what, where, when,
These faces of my heritage
Would come to life again.
Could this become the fate
Of the pictures we take today?
The faces and the memories
Someday to be tossed away?
Make time to save your pictures,
Seize the opportunity when it knocks,
Or someday you and yours could be
The strangers in the box.

Reverend Larry
Hello Cousin!
Just stopped by to say hi. I found John and Perl Canutt last week. They are in the Evergreen Cemetery in Everett, Washington. John and his first wife are the parents to Yakima Canutt (Holywood fame) who is the second cousin to my mother. John Canutt is the first cousin to my Grand mother Mary Cota Dull.
I am starting the project to put headstones on all the graves in the county that have only the temporary concrete markers on them. We are starting with 1950 and earlier. About 3,000 to 4,000. This hopefully will keep me out of trouble for a while. LOL Thank You for all that you do and Thank You for all that you have done!

RE: Alberta & Reaford Pritts
Looks like we are related through me and not my husband. The family tree makes unexpected turns at times!!!

Yes, feel free to use the photo. I believe we may be related. My husband's mother was a Pritts. Small world!!

RE: Ina Wilmarie Conway

I have added the photo for Glenn Conway's headstone. I did not get a photo for Glenn Jr's, and don't recall seeing it. However, I was not looking for it that day. If you would be so kind as to make a photo request, it will serve me as a reminder to check the next time I make it back to Wolfs Cemetery.
