Chalked Marker for Clement Rogers
Please remove the pictures (2) of chalked markers for Clement Rogers (Wills father) at the Chelsea cemetery. Find A Graves FAQ is very specific in that pictures of chalked markers should not be put on the site.

My husband and I use regular flour on the headstones to make them show up. But we use a glove on our hand now because it can beat up the skin on your hand and we brush it away with a brush. There is a lot of contrive over the stones but if we don't get the information it will be gone soon anyway! Be gentle and keep up the work. Carol CC

RE: photo of Taylor gravestone in Vinita
Thanks so much for getting back to me.I appreciate your response. My grandmother only spoke of her father in the context of his getting thrown from a horse and dying of a head injury. I'm not sure she ever truly got over this loss.
Seeing his headstone and the note that he is buried next to his mother and father makes who he was much more real for me. I grew up in St.Louis and never made it to Oklahoma until about 20 years ago for a brief visit to Talequah and Chelsae where my Grandmother identified growing up.
Again, your assistance is appreciated.

I am wondering if you might be family to Lee Taylor given the pic you took and posted. He would have been my great grandfather on my father's side.
Hope to hear from you.

Ella May
Any chance of getting a picture of the tombstone of Ella May - Fairview Cemetary, Block 10, Lot 040, Space 003 and if there are any other May family members there I would greatly appreciated it. She is my great grandmother and having a hard time finding info on that side of the family. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Jean May Baker.

Sixkiller Cemetery
I was wondering if you could help me out. Do you no if there are anymore Shellman family members buried at Sixkiller Cemetery? I am looking for Joseph Thomas Shellman's father John Wesley William Shellman. A lot of family members are buried together and was wondering if he might be there. Thanks for any information you can give me. John was born Oct of 1844 and died sometime between 1920 to 1931 in Oklahoma. If you no if he is there could you let me no.

Thank Diana
