|I enjoy photographing cemeteries and posting the information here on Find-A-Grave for all my fellow genelogists to use. I know how difficult it is to find burial sites of elusive relatives.|
As for transfers of these memorials, I am glad to do it, provided your request falls within the Find-A-Grave transfer guidelines. I find that sticking to the guidelines keeps everyone happy and polite.
Regardless, I am always happy to add links, family information, or obituaries to any of these memorials. Just use the EDIT tab and ask away. I often add links myself based on information in an obituary or on a gravestone.

Hello Robert, haven't spoke with you in awhile. I happened across a person with two gravestones. It's of no concern to me, but thought it might interest you. One is yours and the other is mine, exact same name and dates, in two different cemeteries. Never seen that before. Rich.
death date 1/27

Sorry about those dupe's. I usually catch them. RE: burial not proven. I occasionally will post a memorial if multiple family members are documented in the same cemetery, but that person's burial location was not stated. In other words the burial needs to be proven thru headstone photo or a call to the cemetery. Yes, Roger Silas Barker's death record did state burial at Montlawn and E. Gail Barker was the informant. I hope I covered all related question's, if not let me know.

I understand that you have knowledge of the old cemeteries in Person County. I am interested in visiting the Duke-Peed Cemetery off Peed Rd. to photograph the concrete monument of Joseph Purnell Peed and his first two wives. My wife is a direct descendant.
However, I understand that this cemetery is set back on private property - and that the monument has been crumbling and its inscriptions were semi-legible at best back in the 1990's.
Any current information on the property owner - and condition of this monument and the cemetery, would be appreciated before I make the trip.
