|June Kelly||Benjamin Franklin and Helen Perkins Osburn|
My name is June Kelly and the subject people were my gg grandparents. I am trying to update information on them and his father and grandfather Samuel Osburns both. I have created memorials for my great grandfather, Orson Frank Osburn. He is buried directly behind his father, B.F.. I would greatly appreciate it if you would transfer the management of any Osburn in the Buckeye Cemetery, for which you have management, over to me. It would make it a great deal easier.

Hello, My name is June Kelly. Orson Frank Osburn was my great grandfather and Benjamin Franklin Osburn and his wife Sarah Helen Perkins were my great great grandparents. First, I'd like to thank you for creating memorials to B.F. and Helen. I visited Maquoketa, IA last October and was able to find their son's headstone. Mary was not in my lineage but his daughter that is buried beside him was my grandmother's sister.
Second, I would appreciate it very much if you would transfer the memorials to me so that I can manage them.
|Whaley||Mattie Mae Rose|

Hello again, I was wondering if you would consider making the proper family links for the memorial you have created that include the Randle family? I noticed that although you mention their family links in "bio's" they remain not actually linked though the Find A Grave link family members tool. It would certainly save a lot of time and make it easier for others to follow this family. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you again for your time and attention. Take care.
|Denise Gill||George W Randle and Bernice E Casmey|
I just wanted to thank you for all the information you took the time to included in each of the "Randle family" memorials. I find it all to be very interesting. I just love it when I come across a memorial and I can get a bit of an idea about thier lives. My Grandfather's-- sister "Bernice Casmey" was married to George W Randle. Anyway my Grandfather was John Robert Casmey, but he went by the preferred name, "Jack". Jack and Bernice's parents were Richard William Casmey and Elizabeth Walker. My mother is Jack Casmey's daughter and she is alive and is age 82. We always wondered how her father Jack came up with the surname "Rose".? Papa use to run liquor back and forth across the Canadian boarder from Internation Falls, Minnesota. We knew he that for a short time during prohibition, he was a bit worried about the Feds catching up with him and busting him, so he started using the surname "Rose" for a about one year. Now we finally know where that name and idea most likely came from. It was from Bernice's mother-in-law---Fanny Belle Rose! All we knew for sure about the Rose name was that he knew someone that was somehow related to the Casmey family thru marriage and decided to use their surname. LOL! I know it is just a small thing, but my mother and I want to thank you for including Fanny Belle Randle's maiden name on her memorial. My mom has been wondering for over 77 yrs. and now she finally has her answer. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. :) By the way, my Grandfather was a very nice man and only was a bootleger for about one or two years. He liked the excitement, but most of all needed the money.
|Ginny DeLong Parker||Osburn's - Glen Hope Cemetery|
I just wanted you to know that I added photo's of some of the Osburn's in Glen Hope Cemetery. I will be going back there, possibly today, and will take photos of any other Osburn's that you have listed. (I did see others there last Saturday.) I added a memorial for Osias Osburn, young son of Samuel and Betsey Osburn.
Best Regards, Ginny
