I remember collecting my first documents on family history when I was 10. I am still collecting. The challenge is now to organize the information so it can be found when needed. Find A Grave is helpful because of the collective group effort to tackle this big job. Please feel free to use any of my photos for your family histories.|

Their marker was virtually covered with sod. I took the liberty of cleaning it off for your photo request.

Mary Jane is buried in the Gridley cemetery. Her grave is marked. I have been there and seen it. The marker is to the right of the image with her name on it. Please email me or call me. firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you for all the work you are doing. I have done family history from the time I was about ten. Aunt Lydia still has family there.

I love this picture! The same picture was on my bedroom wall from the time I can remember. You had other pictures before that are no longer up. I would like to talk with you. I think you must be someone very close to me and my family. Please contact me (530)257-6063. Thank you. June

I have been in touch with family members (siblings) and after further research of family journals, etc they have concluded that 03 Feb 1938 is the correct date. The date of 03 Feb 1937 on the headstone is in error and well as in the book "Life History of Dwain J Finlinson", pG1.

Thank you for transferring my great grandfather to me. I really appreciate it.
|D L Melville||RE: DWAIN FINLINSON, Memorial# 69438|
for now I concur with having the memorial and the headstone agree (1937). I concur that evidence points to 1938 as correct, but I know the book "LIfe History of Dwain J Finlinson" has 1937, too. From my experience, this would not be the first time that info on the headstone is incorrect. About all that can be done now is to make a note of this conflict. I'll let you know if I find out anything additional. thanks for your efforts.
I have a copy of his obituary if you would like to have it and add it to his memorial. Thanks, Cowgirl

I believe it's Pierce Bros Valhalla cemetery in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA.
There are two other Coffeys whose head stones I photographed who are also buried at Valhalla. The cemetery phone # is 818-763-9121.
