I lost my husband on April 3, 2011 we had been together since we were 16 for 30 years we did everything together. |
Thank all of you for your kind words, thougts and prayers during this difficult time. It feels good knowing there are so many caring people out there. I guess that is why we all do this. We Care!
I would suggest to anyone that is making a photo request to please call the cemetery and get the section and lot #. This helps in getting your request filled sooner as the cemetery staff are more willing to speak with family members. Not all cemeteries have an office you can call but you should try. If I have posted a memorial and there is no picture attached I may have it but haven't posted it yet. I am trying to do this as time permits.
Please feel free to use any volunteer photos I have taken in your genealogical research.
I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get to some of your requests but my schedule has changed and I find that I have less time to devote to my hobbies but I am trying to keep up with all the requests.
Thanks Again for your understanding.

Hi Lisa. Today, using the Find a Grave website, I was not able to retrieve two prior listings for my parents (Thomas Orlice Clark (Memorial # 50626874) and Martha E. Clark (Memorial # 50626873). The info for Thomas was correct, but the info for Martha was not. Martha's parents were Robert E. O'Brien (1888-1959) and Abbie E.Randall O'Brien (1896-1985). Martha's siblings were Roberta O'Brien Laxson (1921-1973) and still living, Lucy O'Brien Hairston (1930- ). I am confused as to why the deletions from the website, and will be happy to assist you as needed. Thank you for your valuable and much appreciated contributions to the website. Robert Clark

Hi, Lisa! I have sent a number of edits for this memorial. It is for Douglas Lawrence Warren (1941-1941), infant son of Mary Myrtle Harrison Warren (46439263) and Roy Warren (46439264). He is buried with his grandmother, Mattie Olivia Neese Green (42605121), Myrtle's mother. I know it's confusing, so I thought I'd just send along a note of explanation. Hope it makes sense! Thanks! Susan Clark Neese

|C. Crowley||Thank you|
Lisa, thank you so much for transferring those memorials. Sometimes I feel like I'm related to every Kelly in Mobile!

Please make the following changes as the information currently shown on the memorials below is incorrect:
-Eran (Izard) Zimm (#52784040) was married first to Norman Russell Jobe (# 25706549).
-Eran (Izard) Zimm (#52784040) and Eran (Jobe) Adams (#49130671) are not sisters. Eran (Izard) Zimm is the mother of Eran (Jobe) Adams. The father of Eran (Jobe) Adams is Norman Russell Jobe (#25706549.)
Please correct the name & relationship issues described above. These corrections were too difficult to make through the standard edit function on each memorial page. If you have any questions, please let me know! thanks for all you do!!!! Cody Blue

Good afternoon - I respectfully request transfer of my grand uncle Thomas A. Wright (#52784018). He was a Confederate soldier, captured at Vicksburg, who escaped from Camp Morton in Indiana. I would like to put his information with him, as well as link to other family members. I have his enlistment papers. Thank you for your consideration. Adriana (#47328225)

Craziest thing happens last week when I came across this app that allows people to post details about memorials and for others to find photos of their loved ones. So I did a search for my father who died over 30 years ago and up popped a photo of his headstone. I live on the other side of the U.S. From his memorial and it was comforting to see the photo which you contributed.
Thank you Lisa. I pray that your own personal tragedy is a distant memory and you are in a different place today.
