While I had used Findagrave for several years, I finally became a member while working on a church history project. Later, I added memorials for my family, and then, I started photographing and adding entire cemeteries. My main interests are my family cemeteries and African-American cemeteries. I mostly photograph during the summer and add memorials during the winter. Several cemeteries are ready to be added when time permits.

I try to take care of the many suggestions that come in as soon as possible. However, there are now so many of you finding your relatives and wanting more information added to their memorials, that I can't get it all finished while on my work break. I do not want to take time out from entering more memorials, so I will no longer be adding places of birth and death unless they are written in such a way that I can just copy and paste them into the bio section. The work computer is slow and using the drop down menus takes a lot of time, especially when you forget to send the county name.

Fairview Cemetery in New Albany, IN, has been completely photographed. Most plats are already finished being added. There are just a few still in the process. Cemeteries that have been completely photographed (except for new burials) and added are:

Clark Co., IN

Floyd Co., IN
Finley or Findley
Grant Line United Methodist Church
Holy Trinity (rear half only)
Saint Mary Catholic, New Albany

Lincoln Co., KY

William Neyer
May I use a copy of his grave photo? It is for the non-profit group Supporting Heroes, Inc. web site. They pay tribute to emergency first responders killed in the line of duty. I will acknowledge your contribution. Thanks.

Walter and Elizabeth Meyer
I am looking for Elizabeth Decamp, born about the same time as the Elizabeth Meyer who you show as buried at Kraft Graceland with her husband, Walter Meyer. I am wondering if you know anything about Elizabeth Meyer and whether her maiden name was Decamp.

Please remove the center photo that you posted to Porter Wilson's site. That marker has been removed form the site when the new and larger marker was installed. Porter is my wife's father.

Can you provide me the name of the cemetery where you snapped the photograph of his gravestone? I see where it was added to his memorial. Thanks!

Tabitha South
I got in touch with Jayne Dunn about Charles W South who is buried in Fairview Cemetery-evidently there are 2 Charles South's-so some confusion, but we think we have it figured out now. Thank you for taking the pictures of Tabitha South's grave marker, I was wondering if I could have permission to copy the photo?

Charles W South
I have been researching the South family in New Albany and I think you may have an error on your memorial for Charles W South who died in 1905. I believe this Charles is the son of Tabitha South, her son has the initial W. The Charles South that is the son of Benjamin and Sarah South is Charles S South, with the middle initial of S. Please see 1860 census for the Benjamin South family in New Albany. Also Charles S South was born around 1846 and my Charles W South was born January 1855. To add to this confusion my Charles W South was actually the child of Tabitha's 2nd marriage to John William Rudlen, see the 1860 census for Tabitha South and you will see he is listed as Charles Rudlen. John Rudlen married Tabitha April 1, 1854 in Floyd Co. Do you live in this area?
