RE: Mr. and Mrs. Martin Johnson Heade (cont.)
Thanks again, Bob!! I've now posted the wills for both Elizabeth (from 1917) and Martin (from 1884) to her page. And I posted her death year as "1923" but that's it. I'm not willing to assume that she died in Florida simply because that's where her will was probated. Or am I wrong about that? (I'm no lawyer as you can probably tell.) You've gone "above and beyond the call" on this one and I really appreciate it. Thanks. Tom

You da' best, Bob. Now, if I can just find out more about this lady, like when she died and her parents' names, etc. But, with a maiden name like "Smith", and born in "New York", that ain't gonna be easy. Pray for me. And thanks so much. Her page looks a lot better now. Tom

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Johnson Heade
Good afternoon, Bob! Would you please do me a favor? Please copy your two marker photos from">this memorial and post them to his wife's memorial? That would be great! And let me know when it's done, OK? Thanks so much. Tom in Kansas City, Missouri

The Kehlbecks at Green-Wood
Bob, thank you for the lovely photograph of the two headstones that remain in the Kehlbecks' lot at Green-Wood. The composition of your image and the care you took with phrasing the additional details you got from cemetery staff are much appreciated. I'm more accustomed to regimented ranks of markers, but seeing trees among the headstones and the rippling of the land as it settles with the passage of time has a sense of serenity. Thank you for conveying that.

In this case, I just am just using my own memorial for Uncle John Barberie to post the bios of the whole family, as much as is possible. Thanks again for your help and lovely photo of a protective tree.

RE: PS Anna, Helen Oliva Barberie
Glad you noticed - the different spelling made the difference.

PS Anna, Helen Oliva Barberie
Mary E Barbrie, as mentioned in your note, is the sister of Helen and Oliva. I am going to make a memorial for her. Would you allow me to copy your picture and note below, with credit to you?
