My name is Jody, and I'm originally from Western NY. All of my personal research is in that area, when I'm back home visiting.|
As for my normal location, I live in the Four Corners area of Orlando - Named because it's the intersection of Lake, Polk, Orange, and Osceola Counties.

our dar was told there is a section in the back of the cemetery that has not been updated to fg we were wanting to go and get what we can to put on fg.
I understand you have done this and would like to know if all were done.

Thank you for the work you do! I'm not sure why she was buried by her husband's name. Her sons buried her, I guess that was proper for the time. Her name was Lucinda Altman Yawn Hall; she married quite young, from Georgia and I hope & pray she had a good life. I use a wheelchair, so I know I would not have gotten this picture/memory if not for you.
Thanks again, Janet Hall

thought you might like to add some information to the posting of Obid Russell. he was born 1/5/1844 and died 8/12/1942. He was the bugler for the 8th Ohio Cavalry.
His obit from the St Cloud paper:
ST. CLOUD TRIBUNE, Thursday, July 22, 1926, pg. 5
The funeral of Comrade Hezzie Russell was held at the G. A. R. Hall at three o'clock Friday afternoon. Mrs. M. Puckett-Foster used as her text, Heb. 11:16, "But how they desire a better country that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not shamed to be called their God: for He hath prepared for them a city."
Members of the G. A. R. gave the impressive ritualistic service. Interment was at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
transcriber's note: This could possibly be the same person as Obid C. Russell. The date of the newspaper obituary is of the right time frame for the death of Obid C. Russell.
