You may call Dallas Public Library to search for a small fee, or you can look into the following:

Purchase a subscription or see if your local library has a subscription to Readex's America's Historical Newspapers Select collection

You might find any major university has a subscription to this - walk in, and use their computers.

I'm not related to anyone in Texas. :)

RE: Oops
No problem! I moved to Oslo from the USA a few months ago and when I have time, I try to take photos for folks. Glad it was helpful! If you still have some on the list at Vestre Gravlund, I hope to make it back over in the coming weeks.

Transferring my immediate family
When I asked for my family members to be transferred to my F.A.G. account, at this portal, you responded that I was to go to each individual parent/grandparent/great grandparents link and request from each specific edit site. I did as I was instructed, but nothing has changed in their management. I will do the exact same thing again today, for your convenience,so that this transfer can occur. If there is an issue with my management of my immediate family, please advise as to why. Thanking you in advance for all you have done! Sharon Lynn Arnold

Family Plot/ Graves Transfer
I would like to have the control of my family plot/ direct relatives at Restland in Dallas. I have many records to add from my genealogy research as well as links to burial sites of their ancestors. The relatives I would like transferred to me are: Anna Kathryn McFadden (mother #62293289)
Ted Emmett Lynn Jr (father #62293271)
Major Ted Emmett Lynn Sr. (grandfather #62293309)
Anna Belle (Barnes)Lynn (great grandmother #62293938)
Frank Wallace Lynn (great grandfather #62293932)
Daniel W. Barnes (great grandfather #62293951)
I will contact the other manager to get my grandmother, Elizabeth Dwyer (Veazey) Lynn transferred to me, also.
THANK YOU for your cooperation,
Sharon (LYNN) Arnold

Hello, I have to back track a bit to answer your question regarding being related to Jacob. After I looked at my tree I'm not sure I am. My G-Grandfather's parents have been lost to time and I have been trying to track them down. All I know of him is that he was supposedly born in Dennison, Grayson, Texas in 1880. The only reason I know that is from his WWI draft registration card. His only living Daughter doesn't know and never met any of his family except one brother and she cannot remember his name. Additionally my best resource probably would of been the 1890 census and since that documentation was lost in a fire I am struggeling to find them. An additional road block is that Grayson County didn't require birth registrations until after he was born and even then I can't find where his birth was recorded anywhere. Through DNA testing, of my Great Aunt, I know that there is a teeny tiiny bit of native american in their blood line. So anyway because of all of the above I have been investigating every Lynk, Link, Lynke and Lenk and that is probably how I came across Jacob's find a grave memorial. To wrap this saga up we may or may not be related. If you have any insight please feel free to share. Patti

Hello, After I left you the message asking if you would remove the photo I thought why did I ask you to do it? Why don't I send a message to the person that attached it. So that is what I did. Hopefully they will remove the photo or provide an explanation as to why a Claus headstone photo is showing on the Link memorial page. Thanks again for your efforts. Patti
