|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
Because of you and other wonderful findagrave friends, Traci now has 5,673 flowers/tokens, and her birthday is still almost 3 weeks away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We appreciate you so much.
I'm in awe! To show you more of what Traci was like, I posted the following on her memorial page,
"Traci, my angel, I can see the big grin on your face for all the flowers you're receiving on your memorial page. You're telling me, "Mom, why are you so surprised there are so many good people in this world? You should have known that....." "You're right, sweetheart, I should have known".
Traci was a person of strong faith, and GOD took excellent care of her, and helped her through all her hardships! Her faith never waivered.
We've received an outpouring of so much love for Traci. You are all a blessing.
Sharon (Traci's mom)

Really appreciate the trouble you are going to. Please don't feel you have to spend hours searching.
Thanks for getting all the headstone photos for me in the Dovedale cemetery
Hi. I saw your comment about locating graves in Motueka cemetery. Thought you might appreciate a guide in case you wish to return at any point in the future. As you know the cemetery is divided into two areas by the access road. To the left are the older cemetery graves and to the right are what are referred to as the lawn and ashes areas. The lawn is divided into a series of blocks. The confusion is caused by these blocks being referred to on the council database as 'rows'. A 'row' is really a block. So block (row) 1 is the first block; block (row) 2 is the second block; then there is the military section; then block (row) 3 and so on. There is no indication of actual rows within the blocks, only grave plot numbers. To find a grave in say row 1, you go to block 1 and count the number of plots per row and keep moving from row to row until you come to the number of the plot you are looking for. I hope that helps. Good luck :-)

I just got a response back from the council regarding Lewis Tunnicliff
I have asked my team about this and as there is no headstone that we are aware of it is not possible for us to locate this grave.
Unfortunately a lot of the old records for this cemetery were lost either when the Cemetery Trust handed over the records to the Council of the time or when there was a fire in Councils record storage area.
As the plans that we have donít reflect where people are buried we just cant work out where everyone is.
This is not ideal and is very distressing for families but we have tried all sorts of ways to unravel this but it just doesnít seem to work.
I shall remove the photo request
