You're very welcome. Let's both thank Ruth Houston Stanley for valuable little book of reminiscences.

I am a descendant of John Ellsworth's brother father of Orval who married Mary Canfield. Also have a Canfield connection. Thank you for the tombstone pics...I guess I missed them when I was there last or didn't at that point in time know to look for them. Patsy E. Carruth (MS)

RE: Samuel Wood
You're right, we are cousins! I'm no longer a subscriber to I have so much info to record and am concentrating on that right now. I've been interested in genealogy since I was 12 years old. That was a real advantage because I was able to ask my great grandmother a lot of family history questions. I've recently began searching and editing Find a Grave Memorials. It's a good resource, but there are a lot of errors. We all need to be as accurate as possible. It's a great way to honor our ancestors.

Yes. John Howland, Isaac Howland, Susanna Howland, Josiah Wood, Josiah Wood II, Dr. Gaius Paddock Wood, Mary Paddock Wood, Mae Elizabeth Cassell, Gladys Mae Switzer, Patricia Mae Ellis, then on to me, my children and grandchildren.

Also Henry Samson, which is in process at Mayflower Society as a supplemental.

Samuel Wood
I've noticed that the calculated relationship for Josiah Wood and Samuel Wood is shown as half siblings. They are full siblings. Is there a way to change this? This is shown in the memorial for Consider Wood.
