I have been doing my families genealogy for over 20 years and came upon this site a few years back. It has been a great help in my searches for connecting to my past history. I really enjoy helping others in finding their past history and I hope the pictures and memorials I add help others in their searches.|
If possible "Please" help out your photo volunteers by obtaining the plot information from the cemetery and adding it to your request. Also if you remark that you are requesting both spouses, please submit a seperate request for each spouse. Remember you are asking the volunteers to help you on their own time. Making it easier on them means they spend less time trying to gather/research the data in trying to find the grave locations, which in turn means they can get to the cemetery to full fill your requests that much quicker.
As many of us are related to the same surnames, please only request direct line ancestors for transfers as are in the Find A Grave Guidelines. This means: Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be YOUR siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I will gladly add any information provided via the suggestion tool. Sorry folks, but family always comes first.
Oh and 1 more small thing.
ONLY post photos for which YOU hold the copyright (meaning photos you took)!!!
The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is given without prior consent of the original submitter.

Thank you for posting the picture of the headstone for Clifford Gilbert Hopper. We appreciate your time and sharing.
Russell j Smith was married to my moms mother Tillie B Smith. He was my grandfather. Buried at same cemetery is my dad James P Ditmer.
Thank You .
I Cannot Thank You Enough.
Bless you for posting this find a grave!
It is my great grandmother who crossed the plains and came to Utah paid a terrible price, bless her. No one could find her grave until a cousin did extra sleuthing, she is in a cemetery other family members are not at, so that made it tricky to find her. A cousin living in the area was clever and found her! Thank you for helping us in this process by posting her on Find A Grave.
Again, thank you!
