RE: James Woodburn Paton
You misunderstood what I was writing. The current memorial says Christine is his mother. I was suggesting that you remove that note as Elizabeth is his mother - not Christina.

James Woodburn Paton
Sherry,

Some information on James Woodburn Paton, #82418289. Christina Woodburn was David Paton's first wife. She died in Scotland in 1849 after bearing seven children. David married her sister Elizabeth and they moved to America in 1852. Elizabeth bore another thirteen children, not including several sets of stillborn twins and James was the seventeenth of David's twenty children, Elizabeth's tenth child born in 1863. You may wish to change the description on James findagrave memorial which shows Christine as his mother. Thanks, Mike Corray #48079886

Hi Sherry,
Her maiden name is Shoemaker. She married Schissler later in years. I dont even know his name. She was married to 3 other men. One is my real father Joseph Benyi. Had my brother William Benyi and I. Then she married William Voorhies had three more children. I took the Voorhies name (He adopted me). Lloyd M Shoemaker is her father and Edna Springett was her mother.
