Are all you my cuz's
I am so very excited to find my Truitt family tree
sure hope this is it.....
Parker Truitt is the right age 81 in 1844 means he was born 1763 my Parker that I'm looking for would have been born circa 1764 and died 1844 Jefferson.... He has to be. and his wife Rhoda???

I am so excited... these accidental findings just get my heart racing... I have been looking to break down the BLOCKWALL of my G-grandmother, Rhoda Truitt-Puntenney. Recently on another source I found someone that gave her father as Parker Truitt and they George H JR and Rhoda called their eldest son Parker Truitt Puntenney........Please I can not read the right hand side of the headstone.
looks like it says RHODA but i can't make out the rest........is this my g-g-grandmother,,,, I hope
I have been looking for her in Indiana...
but I do believe My Rhoda's mother's name was also Rhoda... the date and age 81 makes him born bout 1764...
can hardly wait to hear from you....Cuz?

I have just found 'the other' JC Truitt listed in Bellevue Cemetery. I messaged the lady and explained that the Alberta Family History group listed all folks buried in the Crowsnest pass area as being in Bellevue cemetery! He realy is in Hillcrest, I was there and took the photo!Do not know why A F H C did that. It causes lots of complications. I hope this can be sorted out amicably.

Just wondering if you know of any friends of J C Truitt who might have been affected by the Hillcrest Mine Explosion in 1914. There is a group of people who are hoping to have a memorial event next year and are trying to locate anyone interested / affected by the explosion.
