Hi Y'all. I'm a Central Pennsylvania native living in Eastern Georgia. I'm tracking down and documenting family names including Daugherty, Sprunger, Amstutz, Updegraff (and its variations Updegrave, Uptagrafft, Updegrove, etc.). I'm also interested in family names Antes, Bixler, Bressler, Coffee, Ferree, Gillinger, Habegger, Herr, Kendig, Logan, Pennington, Rothlischberger, Williams. |
I'm part of the great Pennsylvania melting pot, a descendant of Scotch-Irish, Swiss Mennonite, French Huguenots, Moravians, English, German, and Welsh ancestors. The "huddled masses yearning to breathe free."
I'm also looking for my wife's family including Devaney, Hayman, Holley, Leffler, Ricketson, Robertson, Seiter, Street, Tuemler, Williams.
I'm trying to photograph as much as possible, and create an accurate, historical record. I'll be glad to transfer non-family members. I've enjoyed getting to know my extended family members through Findagrave.
Please visit my famous relatives:

|Patty C.||Issac Charles buried in Linden, NJ|
I fulfilled your request for Issac Charles. There was no marker on his grave. I added a photo of section 19. Unfortunately, there are many unmarked graves in this section. I added this information to the photo caption for future reference. Happy Hunting!

In Oakwood yesterday, I took photos of several locations of Essebaggers. You are welcome to use them in your family research.
|Ed Gensemer||RE: Bixler Photos|
Bill, The photos for Milton, Gertrude and Frederick have been added. You will notice also that Frederick has his own stone also. On the backside of this family stone are 2 more Bixlers plus some other family names. My camera's batteries ran out so I couldn't take a photo. I am going back down there today so I will take a photo and let you know the names.
|Jacqueline Hurst||Thomas Howe and Margaret Op den Graeff Howe|
Hello. I notice you give death information for Thomas Howe and Margaret Op den Graeff, who you say are buried at the St. Augustus Lutheran Church in Trappe, Pennsylvania. I agree that Thomas is buried there (because of information I found in a journal); however, I have not been able to find him on the list of burials kept by the church. Nor have I been able to find a record of his wife Margaret's burial. Have you seen or found something I haven't? Please let me know!! Thank you. Jackie (Howe) Hurst. My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org
It appears that there is a photo of Ira Lee James' grave marker on Isaac Lunsford's memorial. 70444346

You're welcome, Bill! Brinton McClellan Washinger sounds like a good Civil War name.
