Native of Dubuque, Iowa. Graduate of Loras Academy Class of 1957 (it closed in 1958). Transplanted to the Maryland Eastern Shore after 40+ years of military (US Air Force) and federal government (Department of Defense, National Security Agency) service.|
Should anyone care to use the pictures I've taken and uploaded, please feel free. As far as I am concerned they are in the public domain.
Also, when responding to photo requests, I've been shooting all of the same surname I could find in the cemetery and adding F-A-G records for the ones not already recorded.

Thanks for making the lynch family connections. I am sorry to have given you incorrect information, especially since I spent so much time and space complaining about Riverside Cemetery. Despite my errors, you made all of the links correctly.

Thanks for you message regarding my attempt to correct the duplicate Riverside Cemetery and Libertytown Riverside Cemetery. No update has been made to combine these cemeteries. I assume you saw my request on the Cemetery Corrections forum. Thing is, I have to admit I cannot remember how long ago I made the request. I first signed on the forum just to ask for this correction; I could see that it was probably going to take forever and put the whole issue on the back burner. I tried to find my post today, but couldn't. If you could help me figure out the date,I would appreciate it. I hate sounding so stupid, but there it is. I have found another needed merge in Sussex County, Delaware, but I have not requested it because I wanted to see if anything was going to happen to my first request.
I must say that this forum stuff seems to me to be a totally inefficient way of updating cemetery information. I love Find A Grave and appreciate that there is no charge to use it, but I have a family tree on ancestry.com and can see that Find A Grave is linked to the search engine for that for-profit site. One would think that there has to be some money coming in for that and I feel that some of it could be used to provide better service to Find A Grave members.

I just want to thank you so much for taking the beautiful pictures of their headstones for me. I have hunted for these two relatives for more than 3 years. To be able to finally identify when and where they made their final rest means much to me.
Your gift of time, effort, skill and kindness that you volunteer to Find A Grave is so greatly appreciated by me and all the others here.
Thanks again, and Best,
