Also, my own family the Brendel's, Sanford's, Houghton's, Munson's, Hudson's and Seeterlin's, Sole's and Desnoyer's, from Oakland County, Washtenaw Co. and the Thumb area of Michigan.

I am always willing to share photos, so feel free to copy any I have added. I try to give credit when possible. If by chance I have omitted credit please advise and I will correct.

PLEASE VISIT MY VIRTUAL CEMETERY FOR INFORMATION ON THE KIA'S FROM THE 1-8 Jumping Mustangs who died in Vietnam. I am happy to add photos or memories, just make a request.

My husband Mike "Doc" Rice is a Vietnam veteran, serving during 8-1967 thru 8-1968 with the 1st Cav, 1-8 Division, Jumping Mustangs Co D and HQ Company. We are trying to locate anyone who he served with.

Good Morning!
Thatís great news. Good thing you reached out to get the photo in time.
I read your bio and wondered if your husband was in the Marine Corps? There is a website for marines to be able to keep in touch and my husband has had a lot of success with it. He was in the corps from 1970 to 1993.

I can go look and see if I can find. It may be in a week or two before, I may be able to go.
I will try to get this done.

RE: Lawrence R Costello at Calvary Cem
That must have been a photo request. We used to work on Calvary quite a bit.
We claimed your photo request and are planning on going tomorrow.

Billy Winchester's Memorial
I am pleased to try to get you a photo of Billy's grave. He grew up on Juniper Circle in Canton, CT, the same street where a friend of mine lived but was a few years older than I. I knew Billy, but not well. He was, however, a good friend of my brother-in-law and late sister. Billy was a talented, self-sufficient man who was at home in the wilderness. I will do my best to find his grave for you.

RE: Lillian Helmke
Well- we found Ronald, Ruth, and Gene next to Darrell in Lutheran Cemetery in Cokato. We added memorials and pics, so their gps location was also added - you can see Darrell's marker included in Gene's pic.

We didn't find any Helmkes in Albion Ev. United Church of Christ. We did see Dale in Albion in Ev. Free Church Cemetery, but were unable to do an in depth walk of that cemetery, so can't say whether the parents were there or not.

In any case, Darrel is most definitely buried in Lutheran Cemetery in Cokato.
