I sent you a long Email last evening. A P.S. to it.
Interested in knowing your link. Part of my research has also included links to Eli Stout, my 4th Great Grandfatherfrom NJ who migrated to KY who had a sister Mary, who also migrated to Kentucky with her husband Jediah Stout (a Cousin). One child was Philamon Stout who migrated to Sagnamon County Illinois from KY and had several children.
I don't think I ever got back to you but have been to CO and up Pike's Peak... our cousin, Zebulon :-)
So, happy to make contact and see what we know. I've not done a lot with the STOUT name as am still working on tons of GOLDEN cousins our of Hopewell, NJ to parts West!!!

Yes thank you and I just sent you an e-mail.
Let me know if you get it. So nice to meet you.

Thanks so much Lila. I will check it out now.

Thanks for posting the information and picture. Have you got a picture of his parents, Beatrice (Vermillion)& Gerald Moody? I am connected through the Vermillion side of the family. Hope to hear from you. Have a great day.

You're welcome, Lila!
I do not know how to contact them, I'm sorry! I wish I did, because Alice and I worked together for about 2 years on a cemetery project that I am still working on. I would love to manage some of the folks we worked on so I could continue adding info to their memorials.

I saw that you left a message for my friend Alice LaRue. I just wanted to let you know that I have been unable to reach Alice either through Find A Grave or through her personal email in almost two years. Sadly, I fear that she must have passed away.
I have been suggesting to others trying to contact Alice, to put their requests for edits and updates through the edit buttons on the memorials in question. If the owner doesn't respond to the requests within 30 days, the request usually seems to then go through automatically. I don't know know if that happens when there are requests for bio updates.
Wishing you good luck with your searches!

Thanks. What is the source of those birthdates? I need to make sure they're not calculated from the death date and age on the tombstone.
|Chris Nelson||RE: Transfers of Alexander's|
Yes, I know Ron! He's my mother's cousin. He was the one who first showed me Ripley Cemetery.
|david stout||Eli Oscar Stout|
Eli Oscar was known as Oat Stout. I don't know why, but that is what his grandchildren call him. As far as the first Eli I Don't know, all I've got is the Brown Schuyler Cemetery book which was published in the late 60's I believe. The book is at my mothers house. She passed last year so it may take me awhile to find it. But from memory it has a Eli Stout born in the late !700's. But I will check when I have time.
