As far as I'm concerned all the photos I post to the internet are freely available to all for use on Find-a-Grave, Ancestry.com, or wherever they see fit. Any photos that I post, but to which I do not have copyright (I strive to always attach an attribution), should be treated in accordance with the wishes of the copyright owners. That said, I generally don't post photos that have any restrictions attached to them.
Thank you for asking. And thank you for all your contributions to Find-a-Grave!

Hi--I am working on the Polk County, Oregon death certificates and came across one for a Dave Kibbey born 1849 and died in 1933. His parents were David and Eliza. He is buried at King's Valley, but I can't find a memorial for him. Do you want me to add one and then transfer it to you, or do you want to add it and I will add the DC for you to look at. I am not related. Thanks, Diana

We too are Will James fans and have several of his books. We are going to be in Sheridan, WY this summer and hope to visit the museum in Hardin, MT where they supposedly have a display and the cabin from his ranch. It wasn't necessary to give me credit for the info but thank you. Glad to be of some help. ~Carol
