Going forward, unless there is a compelling reason, I will only transfer listings of people someone knew closely, i.e. parent, child or close friend. I'm sorry, but someone who died 200 years ago could be related to thousands of people. I prefer you add one of my listings under your umbrella using the virtual cemetery feature at Find A Grave. If you have additional information, I will happily add it and list you as the contributor.
Also, please do not ask me add an obituary to a person's memorial. See Find A Grave policy below:
Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
It is best to not copy obituary notices from newspapers to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so. In general, obituaries in newspapers are submitted by the family. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices from memorial records.
Obituaries for "famous" individuals are usually written by newspaper staff and can not be posted to Find A Grave.
Please do not include website addresses that may be listed in the obituary as they usually expire within a year after the obituary is printed.

|Rob F||Anne Van Pelt, St Andrews Church Cemetery|
Hi, Rich. I believe I may have photographed the grave for one of your memorials, Find A Grave Memorial# 7241904. I say I may have because the name is fairly legible, but the only other legible parts that jibe with the known info is the day of her death, 20 as in Sept 20, and the 18 as in 1854. I can find no other Ann Van Pelt in the cemetery, but it was a common name in early Staten Island/Richmond County history, and I'm sure the family had other "Anns" in it. I'd be happy to email you the pictures, or put up the photos on the memorial if you think this is her. Thanks.

Have a wonderful day!

I found a marker for this man today, and was wondering if you had any info on him.

On this memorial you have the text:
"Note: h/o Mary (D'Andrea) Donnellon"
What does this mean? I am researching Martin Donnellon and family. Thanks. Art Feeney

Hi Rich, I had requested pictures for Elizabeth and William Danielson in Ridgefield Cemetery in Bergen County, NJ
You were the originator of the memorials but transferred them to me back in 2013.
I received a message when the volunteer went to take photos that I had requested and said the cemetery office has no record of their burial there.
Can you me advise me on where your information was taken from? This might be able to help determine why the cemetery office has no record.
