Thank you for looking out for me- I appreciate it! I brought this matter up with Ancestry.com and they are telling me that despite me being the copyright owner, they don't see an issue with it because the two sites are owned by the same corporation. I told them that's BS but I'm still fighting with them. Intellectual property is supposed to protect photos, period. It would be a shame if they were to be slapped with a class action suit.

I have changed the date of birth to 1869. The information I had was from a list of people buried in the cemetery so I'm sure the list is mistaken.
Thank you for finding this mistake. Nancy

The information came from a list out of a book of cemeteries in Somerset County that I obtained from the Historical and Gen. Soc. of Somerset County.
The information says "Died Oct. 30, 1896 at aged 66 yrs. 5 mo. 23 days". I changed the dates to reflect the information on the stone.

You can see a photo of the marker here, but due to copyright issues, I cannot add it to the memorial.

I think that this was a mistake. I deleted the connection between them. Thank you.

You're welcome! Glad to help.

If you are certain that the people are buried there,and you have their birth and/or death year, I would definitely add them. It's possible someone will then find the grave and photograph it. (Me, for instance :) )

As always, glad to help. There are a couple of siblings of Lester's that I am going to photograph this coming week. I'm up in NY for a few days. I'm not sure who or what line you're researching so I wasn't sure if you were interested or not. I also asked the memorial owners to link them all to the parents (Lewis & Jane). I think they're all linked except the memorials owned by "Amanda." She normally takes a while to respond.

I got the information from a book on Sandyvale Cemetery buriels.
|Brian J. Ensley||RE: Isaac Bole|
She used the Sandyvale Book that was published and created memorials from it without taking into consideration that many of the people were taken from there and re-interred elsewhere, creating duplicate memorials in other cemeteries.
