Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been researching family genealogy for many years and also upload local cemetery registers for the cemeteries in our county.

I have no familial connection to most of the people I upload, so feel free to request transfers of your relatives. I only ask that you let me know how you're related to a family. Or if you have a decent reason, I'm good with that, too. If you'll take good care of a memorial, I have no problem transferring if you're not related.

While I have many memorials, I am not a numbers person. I would rather have family members maintain memorials.

I make updates very quickly, and usually do not reply back unless I have a question. I frequently will use the email provided in the edit to respond to a question. If your correction has not been made, please check to see if I've emailed, as I normally don't make the updates if I do not have the question answered.

**Please use the Edit feature on memorials over requesting changes in messages or sending emails. That really is the easiest and most efficient way to accomplish updates. Thanks!**

****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain memorials, please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and are willing to take over management of the memorials. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates.

Right now, you can email if you have someone who has accepted stewardship over the memorials you added. Please send in their member number with your email. Feel free to contact me should you wish that someone maintain the memorials you have created. Thanks!*****

Death is only an old door
Set in a garden wall
On gentle hinges it gives, at dusk
When the thrushes call
Along the lintel are green leaves
Beyond the light lies still;
Very willing and weary feet
Go over that sill
There is nothing to trouble any heart;
Nothing to hurt at all.
Death is only a quiet door.
In an old wall.

RE: Mary Stanka
Thanks for looking into this. I'll wait to see what she does with her memorial. She can update the cemetery or she could update the name and dates and then I'll delete mine.

Mary Stanka
I have suggested the proposed edits on the other Mary Stanka memorial, but they were declined because my data conflicts with her data. I asked if she would be willing to share her sources but received no response from her.

There are 2 Mary Stankas, they were married to brothers John and Joseph. All of my research shows Mary Mizyk Stanka married to Joseph Stanka. I show Mary Gruna Stanka married to John Stanka.

The obituaries for both Mary Gruna Stanka and John Stanka show Gruna as her last name. All of the children linked to her memorial are listed in Mary Gruna Stanka's obituary.

I see Joseph and Mary Mizyk Stanke living in Milwaukee in the 1940 census. I have no death dates or burial locations for them.

I also checked Myron Felckowski's research at His info corresponds with mine.

Obviously we each believe we are right and I didn't know what to do at this point... without knowing her sources I can't say for sure that there isn't something I've missed. So I made the memorial for Mary Gruna Stanka and I've been waiting and hoping she will share her sources.

Corrections for Clara Frances Zimbauer Dudzik
Please remove the correction from my listing. According to the obituary, which is on the memorial, all of the places are correct. Thank you.

Bremmer, Phillip 88340931
Might I inquire your source for the Bremmer edits?
I only ask, because his death cert lists:
Father Name: Alexander Bremmer
Mother Name: Marion Weng
Which is different than your requested edits.
Thx for clarifying.

Lois Littmann 136035859
Lois was my dad Russell Ziege's first cousin. I remember Lois and Don, as well as Lois'parents, Otto and Maude. I created and maintain many of the Ziege memorials, and was wondering whether you would be interested in transferring Lois. Thanks, Karen Ziege Bartelt
