I enjoy exploring old cemeteries. There is a lot of history in them to be shared. My Family research is in the Christie, Wheeler, Ogburn, Campbell, and Milburn lines. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and know the importance of geneaology work and temple work for our kindred dead. I hope that some of the graves I transcribe will assist someone that is doing family history research. If I made errors, please let me know and I will correct them. Some of the older stones are deteriorated and hard to read.I am transcribing cemeteries in Columbia, Union, Bradford and Hamilton Counties , Florida. If you are looking for a grave and know where the interment occurred, let me know and I will try to locate it for you.|

Hello, Do you have the 1829 Estate Record of Robert Christie. Robert Christie is believed to be father of Rebecca who married Samuel Crow. Information that came to me from a lady, now deceased, in Lauderdale Co., Alabama, about this estate record. She found mention of the record in a library.
Rebecca (Christie?) Crow is believed to be born about 1780's in the Edgefield Dist., SC and died 26 Dec 1869 in Lauderdale Co., Ala. Her memorial is on Find A Grave.
Any help you can provide about this estate record will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and God Bless-Dwight Crowe

Thanks so much. No doubt she must be a relative!

Hi! I am trying to prove a Florida Pioneer through my Allison, Cheshire and Hunter ancestors in Hamilton Co, FL. I've found the grave of William Miles Hunter, jr at Swift Creek Cemetery. I cannot find the grave of his first wife, Rachel Knight Hunter, though local histories, etc. say she is buried next to William. Do you happen to know where Rachel is buried?
Your work has been invaluable to me in finding my ancestors.
Memorial# 9684097- Isaiah Smith - I am also requesting transfer of my grandfather's Memorial# 9684097- Isaiah Smith (his daughter Lota Mae Smith Hall) is my mother. Thanks for all your hardwork on findagrave.

It's me again; I have just talked to Tom Ledoux, webmaster of the Vermont Civil War site. He has information for you; death record, pension application of wife, and application for cemetery marker.
If you send me an e-mail address, I'll attach each document & send it along to you.

Thank you so much for sharing the photo of Lewis Eastman. I can't give you exact dates, but records show that he enlisted in Co. G. of the 11th Vermont Volunteers on August 11,1862; His age was reported then as age 18, so that would place his birth about 1844. He was reported as living in Rockingham, Vermont in the 1890 census, but no record after that has been located.I am always looking for such information, so if I find anything more definite, I will send you a message.
Again, Thank you.
