Believe it or not I've found Mattie Booth Shatto Cash Carter on Find A Grave # 94668980! She's buried along with her 3rd husband William Carter in Old Arcadia Cemetery, Arcadia, Crawford Co, KS.
There are memorials already up for both of them and I've contacted the creator to make the needed and rather lengthy edits - waiting the last two days for a response.
