Bio and Links
Bio Photo I enjoy helping others make the link in the chain between the past and the present. This to me is just a small way of keeping some order to things nobody can remember off the top of their head. South Georgia is my home base and the rest of the world is our place to engage. Thanks for all you do to keep this site going. Remember it takes special people to do special things. If I may be of assistance let me know.

RE: Thanksgiving 2014
Hello Tyler!
It's very good to hear from you. I have not been working on my family history as much due to some other things that have come up, however, I have not completely abandoned it either. I enjoy "Cemetery Hunting" as I call it, but unfortunately, I am the only one in my circle who does, so that makes it hard to spend time with family and get in a little hunting. I just have to figure out the logistics. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. I don't know if you are on Facebook, but I would be happy to befriend you there. My Facebook name is Tamara Goff Piercey.

Thanks for writing!

Your friend,

RE: Roberts Family Members
I have not previously seen that feature on my page. But I think I did once. Will look again. (Friend) I spent all day on it- and found most of my dates.

Excuse me
I clicked on your name from the Cemetery page-but it does not show up-I forgot. The Roberts Family Cemetery.Robert died 1982, so not sure why you did not see his grave. Gladys is beside him, but with no Marker etc.

I believe we talked before- about the King's?

I wonder how you happened on this cemetery? I added my two wonderful neighbors who are buried there. Robert (Isiah Roberts) has a grave slab and Marker, but the family member where Gladys moved after Roberts death, took her money, and insurance, and never put a marker on her. (Meadows buried both)
Do you know the family? I found Robert's death online, and know he died here, so I could get his death certificate. I wonder if any of them have his birth, and Gladys birth and death? She came back here to be buried from Buffalo NY, and Meadows might still have and give me the record. But at 76, with hip problems, I don't get around much anymore. Any help?
