Bio Photo Please feel free to use my photos in your trees and reference as your source.

I try to honor Find A Grave's policies, including their policies on additions of Obits, information on living individuals, and other pertinent info. Please see the "Help with Find A Grave" link on the left side of the page under Actions.

PLEASE NOTE: At the top of every memorial in the right hand corner is an EDIT tab. Please use this tab to request additions, changes or transfers. This links the information directly to the memorial.

Find A Grave has over 100 million memorials and many names are similar. It takes time to find the correct memorial. Memos, notes, or requests left on my Member Page do not give me the appropriate information to make these changes.

Sorry this is so long but to answer frequently asked questions.... I am happy to add biographical information extracted from obituaries. However, unless you are directly related to the person in the memorial, I WILL NOT add any information to a memorial that pertains to a LIVING OR POTENTIALLY LIVING individual, such as names of survivors. This is FAG's policy.

FYI, most obituaries published after 1923 are copyrighted!!!! And as such are not in the public domain. I will not post them.

Thanks so much for understanding,
Sharon J.

RE: edit for Rhoda Wilcox
Okay thanks. I had only down a quick research on ancestry when I looked for the connection because I was busy doing other things. Just wanted to make sure there were some doc and I trust your word on it. I will go link them now.

edit for Rhoda Wilcox
Was looking at the edits you offered up. I tried searching for Rhoda's birthrecords in ancestry but came up with nothing. I will accept the edit's for the parents but was wondering where you got your info.

RE: Doty-Allman family burial location
I just recently found our Doty-Allman family who drowned July 1892. I was contacted by a person who now owns the land where the family lived and died. The slab of the house still remains. He states that info was given to him by our family members that was passed down thru generations. The Doty family is burried on Rine property in unmarked graves over on Rine's Ridge. That property now belongs to someone else. I don't know if it's a family member. I have started a search and hope to be able to find the owner. At least that's something to work on. All else failed including any death record. I know a Mr Whittaker provided the caskets. We have Whittaker in our Allman line. Let's see what else there is to find.

RE: Adolph Campbell
Thank you so much. Dorothy passed when I was 7. She never talked about her family. I found out through the memorial of her adopted daughter who Adolf was. I'll take good care of them.

Adolph Campbell
In reference to Mem #60105006 Adolph Blaine Campbell.

He had another daughter, who lived to old age. My great grandmother, Dorothy Ellen Francis (Campbell). She married and had 2 sons (Gene and Dale) and an adopted daughter (Marilyn).

Are you related to the Campbells of Marshall County, WV?

RE: Jay Guild
Glad to be of help. That was a tough one to read. I am glad I can change the exposure to make it better

You may want to edit your own memorial here since the dates and possibly the place of death don't match
