I have that exact photo which I found on the internet. Did you take it at the cemetery?

Here's the scoop for everyone requesting a photo at Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It's unfortunate since Calvary has the best records of any cemetery we have visited so far. Every section is clearly marked with a sign and their maps detail every plot in the section.

Problems with getting photos at Calvary:

Their busiest time is March through October, and they are reluctant to spend time they don't have to help us find someone unless they are a family member. This IS Pittsburgh after all, and the best time to take photos is April through September (fallen leaves make it difficult to find the flush markers). This winter in particular was too icy to try to get photos before the glacier we called winter had moved on. It is best for the person requesting the photo to contact the cemetery, identify themselves as a relative, and get a location: letter or number of the section, and plot number. We managed to get maps of the entire cemetery that have sections and plots detailed, and now can go anytime to get a photo if you have the section and plot number. When you get the info e-mail me directly and I will go into the website and claim the request.
